I also checked sending mails. The fact is, that newsletters/mails of BwPostman will reach the receiver, if mails of Joomla! reach the receiver. If Joomla! has a problem with sending, BwPostman also as a problem with sending.

The process of sending mails is not exactly the same as of Joomla!. Joomla! also checks the connection to the mail server and gives a response, if configuration doesn't meet the provider needs. But the rest is the same.

Once again: If Joomla is able to send, BwPostman is able to send. Your screenshot shows, that BwPostman has sent the newsletter. If the newsletter does not reach the receiver, perhaps there is a typo in the mail address or the mail server of the receiver blocks the mails. I can't see another possibility.

Have You tried to subscribe to the mailing list in the front end by module or component? What is the result in this case? Do You get the confirmation mail?

Yes i have tried to subscribe a new user, from the frontend and i get the confirmation mail without any problems.
I ahve also checked the spam mail folder and the newsletter is not in this folder.

this shows, that BwPostman is able to send mails. The Problem may occur due to specific content. Because of this the next question: Is the content You wish to send, a copy and Paste of MS word? Some times the markup of word is not clearly removed by the editor You use and that may cause problems sending mails. I can't really say, why there is a problem with the word markup, but definitely there is a problem.

It seems its related to sending an article, so you might be right with the word markup.
If i create a new newletter with content directly in BW Postman, every thing seems to work.

Only question is if its possible to detect this before sending.
This because you dont get any warning, BW Postman says that newsletter has been sent out, even that it has been blocked somewhere "maybe due to word markup"

Hi Sterp,

I assume You use JCE. There are settings in JCE to remove MSO format. But I fear this doesn't work to 100%. Best solution is not to copy directly from MSO. You may use a simple editor like notepad in windows as stopover: Copy form word, paste to editor, copy that of the editor and paste in in Your Joomla! editor. You will lose the formatting but anyway its better to use formats of Your website, not only for articles You will use in BwPostman.
